Information Needed When Order is Placed

When you order, we need to know your name, email address,
shipping address, billing address, phone number
(optional) and credit card number with expiry date. This allows
us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your
order status. To simply create an account, we will only need
your name and email address. 


Information We Store

We save and store information about the products you have
purchased to provide you with the best possible customer
service and the most up-to-date information about your order. 
You can view your order status online by logging into the Log
IN section with your private password. All the information you
enter onto our system will be saved on your personal account.
Please note we do not store credit/debit card details. Staff
cannot access your card details once these have been
processed through our system. If you would like any information

or use our "Contact Us" option on our site or send us an email
to our private email address with the words "Remove" in the 
subject line.

address and we will send you a new password.

Your order details will be stored online and we will send you
details of your order via email if you have specified one. The
details about your recent orders can be found in your customer
login area. You can find the terms relating to your order here
at all times. We keep all order data in confidence according to
our privacy policy.

If you are concerned about your data, you have the right to
request access to the personal data which we may hold
or process about you. You have the right to require us to correct
any inaccuracies in your data free of charge.

Herbys Gifts Ltd do not use any Third Party Tracking Software

Herbys Gifts Ltd does use Google Analytics to help monitor
website visitations however no personal data is collected when
using this application.

Changing Your Data

If at any time you would like to change any information in your
account, just go to the Log In link above the search box located
on each page in the top right hand area. Here you can change
or update your email address and password, shipping and billing
address. Be sure to click the save button when you have updated
your account.

To remove your name from our promotional email newsletter list,
simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You
will automatically and immediately be added to our opt out list and
you will no longer be emailed by us (can take up to 10 days to update
all our systems). You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the
'Unsubscribe' link at the footer of every page on the site. If you have
