Often known as the Golden Gower the unbelievably beautiful
Gower peninsula measures only 15 miles by 8 but it is an area
of great variety and scenic delight and was the first place in Britain
to be declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The jewell
in the crown so to speak has to be the area aroung Rhossili and
Worms Head which is the furthest point on the Gower. The beach
is popular with holidaymakers and windsurfers and watersports
enthusiasts. The Gower calendar measures 13 by 9.5 inches
