Snakes and ladders is a classic children's board game that is played between 2 or more players on a playing board with numbered grid squares.
Some squares on the grid contain a number of ladders which connect two squares together, and a number of snakes also connecting squares together. The object of the game is to climb the grid from the boottom corner to the top corner using the ladders to rise quickly whist at the same time avoiding the snakes.
The game is based on the luck of the dice and lacks any skill and therefore is much more popular with children although adults often play. __________________________________________________________________
